Talk to us about your plans. You don’t have to know exactly what you want right away – we’ll share our experience and swap ideas! 

WHY is a great starting point. What needs to change? For example: ‘Our ward is dated and dreary…’ ‘Visitors don’t wash their hands!’ ‘Patients are confused…' ‘Visitors keep getting lost…’

The next step is to decide on a place for the artwork. Take measurements and send us photos to help us understand your space and consider designs and the best materials. 

We‘ll send back an illustrated proposal with rough designs, estimated costs and some visual examples.

Once we know the scope of your project we can give you an accurate cost. This will include design, print and delivery.

We know funding can be a challenge, but don’t worry, we have some tips, testimonials and case studies to help you create a winning proposal.

Once your proposal and costs are agreed, we’ll start the design process. 

We’ll work with you closely and make sure things run smoothly – from getting the right words, to finding hospital logos, and ensuring materials will comply with fire regulations. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process. 

A first proof gives you the chance to check details and request changes if necessary. We’ll ask you to sign off a final proof before we print, and then arrange delivery and installation for a time that suits you.
